Interesting look (in Dutch) at the activities and impact of the Belgian Debt Management Office, responsible for securing funding for the government on the best possible terms. The market turmoil and gathering sovereign debt crisis doesn’t make the agency’s job easy, but on the other hand they don’t seem too worried yet.
